Alisa CorstorphineChief Operating Officer
Alisa wears many hats at Portable CIO and is the first point of contact with clients. As Chief Operating Officer, Alisa likens her role to that of a triage nurse who prioritizes and prepares. Her goal is to provide the best service possible and to ensure things run smoothly. If you have a question, a sticky problem, or just need hand holding, then Alisa’s the go-to person. No problem is too small.
An avid gardener, sleuth, and traveller, Alisa loves solving problems quickly and efficiently. Alisa has helped run Portable CIO since its inception.
Actively involved in the local community, Alisa is the owner and publisher of three monthly, hyperlocal, and positive community newspapers in Alamo/Diablo, Danville, and Lafayette. In her spare time, Alisa is often cooking up recipes for the more than 30 varieties of fruits, vegetables, and herbs that she grows. Alisa was named Alamo Rotary Citizen of the Year and the Alamo Women’s Club Businesswoman of the Year, both in 2008.
I really enjoy taking a big-scary project, breaking it down into smaller pieces, figuring out how to address each component, and seeing how everything comes together in the end.
